I booked a room on line and in the small fine print there was a policy that stated I could not get my money back....I did not see this...and I have never heard of this before....I have given them notice today and my reservation did not start until the 28th...I could understand not refunding on the day...but i have given them plenty of notice...they will re-book my room!! and they make double and I lose money!! This does not seem right...please help me I can not afford to lose this money.
