This company advertised a Nikon 80-200mm f/2.8 camera lens for a substancial savings. I called and they told me that it was a non US lens. This means no warrantee from Nikon. They offered me a brand new US lens for a little more and I purchased this. Their ad demonstrated the current US Nikon lens with a tripod mount. What I received was a used Nikon lens without the tripod mount. There was wear on the camera mount and the internal lens had dust on them. The lens without the tripod mount has not been manufactured in the US since 1997. They told my credit card company that it was mint condition 100% new. I tried numerous times to call and obtain an RMA only to be given excuse after excuse about customer service not being there for one reason or another. My credit card company was ineffectual fighting them due to false submitted documents to them. Their web site ad was changed sometime after 3/18/2011 to reflect that the lens did not have a tripod mount. The company has refused to allow return of the lens and even if I agreed to a 25% restocking fee.
