It's true that when you applied they charged us for $19.00 which I believed was an upfront fee for an approved $200 loan. I had the $19.00 sitting in my account for approximately 2 weeks. Thinking that my application got to nowhere I used my fund for it and just then they took it from my bank. The bank of course returned their claim to them. I did not receive any notice from Williams as to the status of my application so I perceived it had been closed. Surprisingly, on this day, the 5th of February I found another debit of $44.00 in my account. What is this for? I tried to contact them on the number they had on their website but it was just a recording saying that it was not a working number. This is surely a malpractice or in short-- a scam.
