SGE (Switch Gas and Electric as it appeared on my statement) has taken £79.99 without my consent. I have not looked for a cheaper energy provider on-line and I have no idea how they have managed to access my account. I have called my bank and they have said to call the company on the next working day. If it can't be sorted there and then I am calling the fraud line and then the financial ombudsman.
