I read most of the complaints posted here about this site and found out all of them are exactly the same as mine. Basically, I won some auctions but never received the items (it's been about a month and a half now). When I tried to contact DealFun, they told me the same excuse they told everyone here. They are not taking responsibility but blamed their vendors instead. Initially, they refunded my money used to purchase the won auctions ($0.15, $4.01..). However, when I asked for a full refund of my money to purchase bid packages ($149, $149, etc.), they did not reply even after two follow up email.

I did a research online and that's when I came upon this site. Doing something about it, I filed a complaint to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). I highly suggest everyone here do the same to put an end to DealFun from scamming other people.
