I am a poor student from Singapore. On 12/28/2011 I purchased a trial version of Media Crawler to download a document, and the download failed. Later, the company automatically upgrade my version to full, and deduct 87.78 Singapore dollar (not a small money for a student) from my account without informing my a single word. I only know this yesterday from an e-mail received about this deceiving transaction. I feel extremly angry about this company. May I know what can I do to get my money back?=(

I too felt the "Slap" of this company.
Avantgate is the product I had a "trial" of.
I was billed me 1 day before my "trial" was up.
If the product you were billed for is Avantgate, call to get your refund:
Avantgate's support number is: 888-247-1614.
You will need to have your order/Reference number or your email address used to sign up and the method of payment you used.
Call and simply expalain what transpired and they will proces your refund.
It took several days so call back in 3-4 business days if you don't see a refund in your account.
