Complaint 69002 Details

My amount is nothing compaired to the others I have just read about... I feel silly even puttin in on here... But the very same thing happened to me a grandmother on disability who had someone call to sell me on makin me money... I gave my debit card and he took out 39.95 and a coach was to call me... Well this guy called the next day and was very rude,arrogant,
making claims, pretensions to superior importance or rights; overbearingly assuming; insolently proud... Making me upset I told him to cancel me and I wanted my money back.. He laughed at me and said you gotta be kidden... You aint gettn nothing back.... I hung up the phone... Well about 2 wks went by and I got the number and started calling the company.... I have called them almost every week then started every day... I finally got someone to call me back, Rob.... And then they still took out another $ 24.95 out of my acct for the next month... Well when Rob called me back finally... I was so upset and told him every single time I spoke to him I want my refund of 64.90... That money is not alot to others but with someone on a fixed income and disable it is alot... I could pay for food or meds or gas... just simple things... Rob has done nothing but stalled me out and pretended to want to help get my money back.. So after a month I contacted the BBB Of Arizonia and put a claim in with them... After investigation they were not able to do anything to help due to short staff... Basically it was not alot of money to worry about... so Still calling this company and Rob did call me back most of the time... but he never did anything but argue with me and string me a long... so I decided to get a complaint to the Attorney Generals Office of Arizona..... basically the samething..... its not really that important to them cause its only $64.90... Thanks you Lord its not in the hundreds and thousands like others on here....... They are scamming people and I hope they get them shut down... somehow they will not progress... cause evil will only prevail until the light shines on them.... And maybe the more people complain to the BBB and Attorney General maybe light will be shed on them !!!!!! I pray for God to gettem......Lynn
