I was in the store around Christmas of 2011, made a purchase and was asked if I wanted to sign up for something (it was hard to hear anything over the music), I said no think you! she leaned closer and said it is our discount card, and it will save you 10%, they will mail you other discount offers as well, so I just said yes to get my discount and get out of there. I would have known if she disclosed it was going to charge me 11.95 per month, For a fact, if she had made any reference to a charge or costing anything (even 1.00) I would have went right back to my original "No". I will be headed over to the FYE this afternoon, and if they can not refund my money over the phone as I had read in the other comments, then I will be sure that they earn the 11.95 during this visit while they cancel any future charges, and I hope what ever commission she got from scamming me into signing up, was worth her having to hear me go off. And this is not only bad experiance with FYE---I took my Son into the store with me and they were playing some sick twisted zombie kid video game on a loop, and it freaked him out, he started backing up,,,,when I saw what he was looking up at, I put my hand on his sholder and he jumped out of his skin screamed and ran off screaming through the store, it took me 15 min to get him to calm down, I complained that day they should not have that video playing right above where my kid is picking out a sonic toy, but they just laughted at how cute he was, and never even tried to turn if off, and he still has nighmares. Did he get a small little toy,,,oh no,,,to offset the horror, I took him to the back away from that screen and let him pick out a bigger toy to make it up to him, did they even offer me a slight discount on that? No way....So FYE is out, hate them, hate there policy, hate the employees, I will finalize today and never be back.
