These people ring you and claim to be working on behalf of facebook .
they charge you $160 in uk pounds for advertising which they actually cannot prove .then they automatically put you on a rolling contract in your trail period (28 days ) but require 30 days written notice to cancel the said trail period , by the time you notice that your credid card has been debited you are into the 3rd otr 4th payment.
note: facebook send ALL customers a .CSV file this is proof of advertising , net66 claim they receive no such file (lies)
so in reality they actually do not do any advertising

The Social Media People scam is Net66 and based in Manchester, UK.
As a UK ex-customer of The Social Media People since early 2011 I can confirm that it's a company to avoid.
TSMP routinely lies to customers and cheats them by not providing the agreed service.
As reported by the person who opened this thread, unauthorised payments from credit/debit cards have been reported before.
The company published customers personal data on the internet, in contavention of Data Protection law.
UK advertising watchdog, The Advertising Standards Authority has acted to help clean up the company's website claims.
There is a huge amount of documentary and recorded evidence of the cheating and lying undertaken by TSMP, which I can provide to anyone seeking more information.
The Social Media People, run by Net 66 Web Services Ltd, Manchester, M1 2WX, UK.
No honesty. No integrity. No ethics. -

Net66 hides behind aliases when corresponding with - or threatening - customers.
A range of their fake identities includes:

Elizabeth Jackson (Maybe the fantasy wife of the fictional Steven Jackson?)
- You get the idea.... A small company desperate to appear larger than it is and with senior staff frightened to be identified with the company's despicable activities.
Net66 tells premeditated lies to customers, in writing and on the phone.

There is a long and well documented history of dreadful administration, lies and misleading information, which a director told me 'was all behind them'. He described how they'd 'cleaned up their act' and were good people now.
Regrettably his words were hollow, because even 4 months after that - in September 2012 - the lies continue to be delivered by Net66's staff - right up to top-director level. -
