I ordered what I thought was a sample of the 3 products above on Jan 1st 2012 & received the products on Jan 13th 2012 with no instructions on how to use them. I called the phone number on an e-mail I received thanking me for ordering the products. I told them I received the products on Jan 13th with no instructions on which product to apply first. They told me to start with vitaderm. I got my mastercard bill on Feb 2nd & saw the amounts charged above. I phoned immediately to have the charges removed. I was told that in the terms of the order that I had 14 days from the day I reported receiving the product to cancel & 20 & 22 days for the other two products. I cancelled within the 20 & 22 days for two of the products but have heard nothing from the company. They have given me confirmation numbers saying I have cancelled further shipments but have not replied to my e-mail requesting a refund.
