A advertisment flashed-up telling me that they have detected a virus and my computer is unprotected. Told me that they will download a antivirus program that will resolve the problem right away for about $50.00, but after I bought the software, it was never downloaded, and when I look at my statement, they had charged me $89.00 dollars. I then call back that same day and requested a refund, told them that I didn't want it, they told me that it would take 3-4 days before I'll see it on my statement. They never refund my money to me. I call 4-5 times, and I was told the same thing until one day I call and the phone never ring, it would just go blank and I never got to talk to anyone since.
