Won an item 12/22 - Was told it would be shipped in 21 business days or less - Was later told more sold than in warehouse even though they continued to sell the same item I won past Christmas day. They added bids back for the total but that does not mean I would win again and they no longer sell the same item. There was no offer for refund only added bids. Now, they do not even answer my emails
