I bought a free trial, paying only for postage. They then took money from my account on the above date, then tried to take another 75 dollars 2 days later. When I call their customer service I was told that I should have cancelled within 14 days. I did not see this at all in the advertisement. When I looked again at the internet page I discovered that this cancellation information was in the terms and conditions which was a link, in small writing at the bottom of the page! It was not made clear at all.
