I decided to order a couple of items for my iPhone from iThrough.com. Soon after ordering from them I found some nasty reviews all over the web stating that ithrough is a scam and basically they do not exist. This is very easy to believe now that I have looked further into it. They are never on their "Live Chat", all of the people names that have reviewed items all end in "on", is this a coincidence or what? They do not reply to e-mails, and currently one full day later my order has lost it's status.. so I have no clue what is even going on with it after the fact I have asked for a refund. I know for sure they haven't even packaged or shipped my items, and they probably never even will ship them. That being said, I'm very eligible for a refund from them because in their policy it states that just as long as the item hasn't been packaged or shipped they will refund it, and i requested a refund about half an hour after I ordered my items. So I will be going through a charge back with CIBC to get my money back onto my card, making complaints to the Canadian, American, and whatever else Fraud websites/departments and hopefully running ithrough into the ground! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH ITHROUGH, THEY ARE 100% FAKE - HAVE (Inappropriate Content Removed)CUSTOMER SERVICE - AND ARE JUST IN IT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY FOR NON-EXISTENT ITEMS. ALWAYS READ & REVIEW A COMPANY BEFORE ORDERING, THAT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE!
