Went on Bidrack and when I singed up I was charged 99.00 without knowing. Then I decided to purchase items. Got caught up in it and won some auctions. Currently have 17 or 18 items waiting on to be shipped. Have contacted them tons of times via phone and email and keep getting the same BS each time that they are having trouble with their shipping etc. They will not refund me and when I ask for a manager they say there is none. I asked well who over sees you and they ignore it. Got the tracking website which is useless too.
