Our latest AT&T bill showed a monthly $9.99 charge for my wife's cell number from short code '87328'. A little poking around on the internet showed this is for some company called 'CELLAREA.COM'. My wife did not sign up for this. These guys appear to be scamming people by signing them up without consent.
