below is a copy of an email transcript that was sent Wednesday 1st Feb, 2012;

NB: I checked there site tonight to see what was happening, it may as well have been shut down, there were only 3.5 pages of crapy junk for sale on the whole site mostly cheap chinese made headbands and makeup.

My recent refund was not made in the form of a deposit into the fund/Bank that it came from but in the way of more useless Fun Bids, WTF !!

to my email:

To Whom It May Concern: (see below address for other correspondence!)

Yesterday (31/01/2012) I received the 7” Android Tablet that purchased & was billed for back on December 3rd 2011, until recently when I queried the missing items, “yes there were more than one that had not been delivered” I had heard nothing until recently when I was informed that I would receive a full refund (still waiting on confirmation if its $$ paid and points, both or other etc. “Subject: DF Orders Refund DFB13234618856373” can you imagine my surprise when I opened the package to see that I had been sent a second hand product!!

You guys have got to be kidding me, I initially purchased this item for/as a Xmas present (maybe next Xmas hey!!) and obviously it did not arrive so I had to purchase another locally to guarantee delivery for Xmas Day present giving to my 13 Y/O teenage daughter, then it takes me to contact you to get things moving again, by the way the Helicopter that I purchased was for my son and yes you guessed it I didn’t receive that either! Then I open the package yesterday to see the tablet screen that looked like it had, had mice on ice skates using it as their own personal Hockey rink!!!

“Transaction Details; Date: 2011-12-03 16:54:50, Product: 7'' Android Tablet, Total: AUD$ 71.19 (billed at $71.19 USD)” plus points used to purchase!!

“Transaction Details; Date: 2011-12-09 14:18:07, Product: 2.5CH Gyro Sim Helicopter - Red/White, Total: AUD$ 3.20 (billed at $3.20 USD) plus points used to purchase!!

So now where do we go, I understand that you have had problems with your Chinese supplier, “Your problem not mine” 2 months to rectify a problem that should have been dealt with in the first week of December 2011 you’ve got to be Joking!! So I no longer want the Android and as it has clearly been used and they only go for approximately $30 AUS on EBay, so tell me what is Dealfun going to do?

NB: Please don’t make me wait an excessive amount of time like previously for a reply

Yours “NOT” so truly

Adrian Diggines

  • I would suggest you contact your bank and press fraud charges against them..keep your emails as proof,I did this today...they gave me provisional credit and cancelled my debit card...but I was out 1980.00
