I received a w-2 from Iliadis Qualified Settlement Fund in the amount of 53.03 for 2011. I know nothing about this company, have never worked for them and never received the 53.03 to begin with to have a W-2 for that amount. The W-2 has my social security number and the address that I lived at up until July of last year. I don't know what this company will gain from this scam, but I don't want to have to claim more income then I received.
