To the company of Net Success LLC,
My name is Bridget Frescas, I am a current client of Net Success LLC, and I wish to terminate my affiliation with your company. I feel that owning a website is not for me, and I would like a refund. I first purchased the website on October 21, 2011 for $528 and later bought $3,750 of advertising on November 2, 2011. The campaign was suppose to start no later than November 16, 2011 which it did not. Instead it started on November 21, 2011. Even though the campaign has been open for a short time, I still feel like Net Success LLC is not for me. Unfortunately when I had called to cancel inside my 30 day money back guarantee window there was no answer, and when I finally did talk with a customer service representative I felt that I had been talked down to, and for me it didn't seem to be a very pleasant experience. After speaking with the customer service representative I looked on the website for the terms and conditions, which there are none. She informed me that she had a signed contract with Net Success LLC and a copy of the signed contract had been sent to me. I would like to add that I have never once agreed to any terms and conditions nor signed any contract. I have filed a dispute with my bank for the transactions that were made to Net Success LLC, and intend to see them through. If the money is refunded I will drop the dispute immediately though. I feel that I did not receive the service that I paid for in a couple ways, one being the website itself. When I looked into other websites from Net Success LLC it turned out my website was exactly like every other clients, for example www.estore-house.com and www.estore-mountain.com are identical in every way. When I first purchased the website I understood that the website would be built specifically for me, and be unique. Unfortunately the only thing unique about it is typing house instead of mountain. Furthermore I understood that I would be able to talk with my coach at anytime, but for at least the last ten times that I have called to talk with my coach he is not available. I also feel that there was no coaching involved in my talk with him, he was more of a sales agent for Net Success LLC.
I am not sending this email to antagonize the company in any way, just to come to a civil understanding. I hope that you can see things through my eyes, and you decide to refund my money.

Very Respectfully
Bridget

I never got a response. when i finally talked with some one on the phone she was rude and did not help me. she only told me to call the ecommerce advisors and talk to them about cancelation. i have been calling the two customer service numbers i have, every day for a couple weeks and leaving them the same message. I leave them my name and phone number and ask them politely to return my call to answer a couple questions I have. I never get a call back.... and my bank couldn't reach them either... eventually the dispute was dropped because they could not collect further information from the company.
