I downloaded their software from the My Clean PC Website only to find out that not only was their original software $50.00 but that in order to actually "fix" my computer I would have to spend another $200.00 for a grand total of $250 and then I ended it up having to do a system recovery myself which fixed the problem that they couldn't.
