The web site was confusing and misleading. I have been fighting with them and my bank to recover the money. Even the banker I spoke with said it was completely misrepresentation. Not to mention you cant ever win anything even if you try.

    Bidrack.com is a SCAM

So, I’ll admit it. I was foolish enough to get scammed by this stupid website. You can see from my first Bidrack post that I was recommending the penny auction site to people and singing its praises as a legitimate service. But now that it has been almost 2 months since I signed up and won about 15 items and I haven’t received them or any shipping notification, it is safe to say that this website is definitely a SCAM!

I received this email from Bidrack a few days ago…this is when all hell broke loose!

So there are a few big problems and red flags with this.

    1. They are still auctioning off items that they are supposedly unable to ship.

    2. They are unable to ship out gift cards? How is that possibly an inventory issue? Why don’t they go to Target, Sears, Macy’s, etc. and purchase the gift cards…?

    3. They sent this email out to EVERYONE with no specifics about which items they cannot ship. So that must mean that they can’t ship any items that people ‘won’.

And of course, your card on file is charged immediately if you win something. So they have our money for the bid packs, the items we won, plus the $2 shipping charge for each item that they should have shipped.

Yes, some items have been shipped out. I received a pair of earrings that broke within a day. I know other people who have received cheap toys, etc., but no word of people receiving iPads, TV’s, bags, etc.

If you search around online, I’m sure you will read that people are trying to get their money back, contacting their lawyers, their credit card companies, etc. But I haven’t actually heard of a solution where people are actually getting all of their money refunded. PLEASE if you have a solution that has worked, PLEASE SHARE IT IN THE COMMENTS SECTION!
