after downloading the program that is supposed to work, come to find out it is a faulty product. I then go back to the website to look for a customer service number and there is no customer service number to get in contact with them, they only provide an email. Emailing them on this matter they send me a different email to get in contact with, and they only reply once and hardly give me an explanation. I email them again and no response at all. I then decide to email the first email address back to inform them that I want a refund as their website states they have a 30 day money back guarantee. They won't respond to that email either.
