This has been an ongoing situation. At first, after the initial $149.95 was taken out, I called to tell them that I had authorized any withdrawals from my account and they said that it was a mistake and that they would take care of it. Then the next month they again took out 19.95, and after another call to them, a few months went by and no withdrawals, then another 19.95, again I called and they said the same thing, It would be taken care of and my money returned. I am now into 8 months of playing this game with them and again this month they took out 19.95. This is costing a lot of money to have to go to the bank and put stop payments on them every few months. The money that they have taken is no longer the issue, it is stopping them so they can't do this to others.
