Purchased Admire by Samsung on 12/20/2011 at Phone Store, USA (authorized dealer) on 3370 Pine Ridge Rd, Unit3, Naples, FL 239-304-9027. Paid $100.00 after $30.00 instant rebate. 12/23 brought phone back for a settings issue. 12/27 brought phone back settings issue. 1/9/12 Went to MetroPCS Hdqtrs (Retail Store) on 2367 Vanderbilt Beach Rd, Naples, FL since I was still having same issues. They analyzed my phone then did a reset and told me my phone was fine. Couldn't explain why I was having setting issues. Phone continued to lose settings, calendar, address book right after I imported from SD card, address book disappears and then a day later reappears...dials out the last person all by itself, changes screens all by itself. Can't access apps, I constantly get "forcestop" and can't send a 2 word text because the phone asks for an SDcard install...hello~! At any rate Jan 17th, 2012 I went back to Pine Ridge Location and told them I could no longer deal w/this piece of crap. I spoke w/Rep named Joey. He said he would "warranty" the phone out and that it would take 5 bus days for a replacement. Well tomorrow is Feb 1st....still no replacement. All I get is that it hasn't come in yet. Now online MetroPCS website it states: "We want to make sure that all of our customers are happy with their cell phones or service. That's why we offer the MetroPCS Promise. If you are dissatisfied with your new phone you can return it to MetroPCS for a full refund. No questions asked. Get all the details."..
The details say the same thing. However Metro said they never give a refund and they refused me a refund on my first visit. They tell me when I call that they are only a Service Provider and that I need to contact the phone mftg. WTF~! Three weeks after I purchased this phone, it went on sale for $59.00. They said they couldn't give me the difference even though I haven't had one day of enjoyment using this piece of crap. Another words, they do not have a money back guarantee....Their moto is simple: You buy it, your stuck with it. It don't work, too bad. I went to Metro because I wasn't getting phone reception with AT&T in the area I live in. Metro worked for me, I had no drop calls, great reception and it was affordable and best of all, no contract. But that all changed along with my attitude within 1 week when MetroPCS showed very little to no support. I wanted to go to Verizon but somewhere online I read that Verizon owns 55% of MetroPCS......??
