I ordered 2 pairs of Ugg boots on 1.13.12. I did not receive an order number or ETA for delivery. When I emailed the company, I was informed that my order shipped on 1.17.12 and again on 1.25.12. I was told that delivery took 7 days. I also received an invald tracking number. DO NOT order from this site....the prices are that low for a reason. Lesson learned.
