You have took money out of my bank account ,put my money back now, ' Furthermore, I am aware that the ASA has stated on 7th December 2011 your advertisement breached CAP Code (Edition 12) rules 3.1, 3.3 (Misleading advertising) 3.7 (Substantiation) and 3.38 (Other Comparisons)
In respect of the above would you confirm you will refund these amounts as soon as possible. If I do not receive this confirmation and the refund of both amounts as detailed, I will have no alternative but to report you once again to the ASA as well as the Trading Standards and the Fraud Department of my credit card company
