I was trying to get a new social security card for my new job and I logged in to a site that I thought was the Employment commission/social security office. The site was not helpful or user friendly so I logged out but only after I enter my debit card number and $20.15 was charged and every month since I have been charged $10.07 and I have not received any services or documents. Now I'm inconvenienced by having to call my bank and have my debit card cancelled in order to stop the charges. What do I need to do to get my money back? Times are too hard for this and I'm a retired veteran living on a fixed income...
