then requested $1100 for insurance and shipping promising a refund of $950 on shipping and then requested $450.00 for permits .
i foolishly obliged and then he fell off the map stopped anserwing emails and phone calls and i got nothing.
i see he is posting on ec21 and other sights and is scammimg many people i am sure
