A $9.99 appeared on my U.S. Cellular for 2 monthes. I did not sign up for the service. I do not even know how they could have put this on my cell bill without me telling them. When I tried to call them, because their number is on by bill, I kept getting s message that the lines are having trouble call back later. REALLY
