I sent simple filings $48 along with the completed form and my daughters original birth certificate (which I'm most upset about). We needed her ss card by 12/26/11 for a trip to California. I called and called and to this date never received anything back from them. I called today and asked to be reimbursed my $48 but no such luck. They said I mailed the form to Social Security and they should have it. Social Security told me they never received anything in the mail and that this place was a scam. I went right to social security and got a free social security card. So, my question is what in the heck did I pay them for? Please help. Sincerely,
Cheryl Seebach
