We paid in full for 4000 points and last year bought 1000 more points for a time share. When we went for our vacation last year we found that the 4000 points no longer exsited. We have been trying to resolve this issue for almost a year and have gotten no response except to ask for money owed for the remaining owed for the 1000 points.
