Someone pretending to be a friend of mine attempted to send me a package through DHL and there were different charges for the package that continued to appear. I actually made 2 payments, the first being $300 dollars for a holding fee and the second a $200 shipping fee. I was then informed that my package was stopped at the airport by customs agents and that i needed to purchase a $750 insurance certificate. Which, unfortunately even though i had become suspicious before sending the $200, is when i began to look into it by contacting the real DHL company and they informed me that this was fraud.
