Accepted free trial of dietary supplement and agreed to buy another product. Since then a further charge has been made about every two months, despite a phone call cancelling the order and email confirmation from them that nothing further would be sent to us. We have had three charges of $18.80 each, but in fact only one further set of pills has arrived. The credit card company are unable to stop the payments.
