First I received a call from Diano Jones Ph#6023487978 telling me he was calling in regard to Five Star and that I would be contacted by a Support Person. I had to pay 425.00 for a sign up. Next call from a Anthony Richards explaining the program and I would receive 1000 leads. His # 1-602-516-6510 Celll # 4802781755. Never received welcom package or leads. I tried calling several times and was getting the round a round.
I contacted Better Business in AZ. Explained all to them. They contacted the Prime Data Group. Finally they received letter back from Prime Data Group. This showed a United States Postal Service that was showing I had received information. This was a fasle document showing I had signed for package. I had to send in information which first signed up. That is where there got my signature. They told BBB that in a letter of December 14, 2011.
Said they had talked to me on several occasions and she never informed us that she did not receive her packages. (This is false as I had called them and even now I call wanting all my money back and they never return my calls. I live on Social Security so would like them to give me back my money. Even asked for money order or cashier checks and get nothing from them or even a call in regard to this. When call Anthony's # goes to voice mail and he never returns by calls.
I have tried calling there office 1877-941-4411 leave my ph# and they never return my call.
Would like to know what and how I can get back my money.
