Pura Silk claims your 14 day trial begins when you place the order. I ordered on 1/12 and received it on 1/17 didn't even have time to use it and on the 27 th already was charged for full trial. bad customer service had to wait 1hr and 13 min. to talk to someone. just to here sorry your 14 trial has expired.
