I signed up for a trial of Perfect Radiance and Revitaderm and received a tub of Rejuvanew which I had not ordered.

One month later I notice on my bank account I have been charged £51.00.

I phoned them and after some arguing they said they would refund me and also had the nerve to say that another £79.95 would be debited soon for another product. They said both these amounts would be refunded and I should have read the small print at the bottom of the page when placing my order for trial products which says you have to phone and cancel if not required. I did not think to do this.

I am absolutely furious that they are charging a fortune for these products and not putting payment through until one month after goods received hoping that the customer will not notice the debit. I would not order any beauty products costing this sort of money as I cannot afford it.
