I received a phone call from an unidentified number from a gentleman claiming to be a Timothy McCoy with the US Government Department of Health and Human Services offering me a $7,800.00 grant. He told me I needed to go to a Western Union with an ID, a cell phone and $200.00 and the transfer of funds would be made.
