I was scammed by ILD Teleservices - ITech PC. I was charged Oct. 21, Nov. 18, Dec. 16. I called Dec. 23 and asked that they credit my account for $38.85. Was told by "Christine" that I would get a credit on my January or Feb. phone bill. Of course, I didn't. So I called today and talked to "Candy" who could barely speak English. She assured me I would receive a credit on my March bill. We'll see. "Christine" tried to tell me that I had ordered this service. I was livid.
