Ordered UGG boots from a site which turned out to be cheapbootsoutletuk.com but who were masquerading as UGG Australia. They took my money and then began contacting me for customs duties and shipping costs. When I ordered the site clearly stated no charges so this alerted me and when I received the first telephone call from a Chinese sounding woman asking me for further payments to be made in order to receive the goods. She stated that they were coming from China. The website had disappeared off the internet (came up as bad gateway) and they supplied numerous different email addresses. I cancelled the bank card I had ordered on and put the matter in the hands of my bank who were clearly familiar with their activities.
