I purchased the free trial on jan 3 2012. The vitaderm was $2.95 and the aqualift was $1.95, there was also cross boarder fees .02 cents on each transaction. I received the products on jan 5, 2012. On jan 17, 2012 there was a withdrawal from aqualift 8774981950 in the amount of $79.99 plus a .60 cent cross border fee. I immediately called and requested a credit to my account because the 14 day trial was not up. I was told the trial starts when the ordered is placed. I explained to the representative that the policy was unfair and she offered to send me 3 bottles of aqualift. I declined requesting a refund. The representative stated the only other offer would be a partial refund in the amount of $37.50. I accepted with great disappointment, feeling I had been scammed. I felt I should have received a full refund. Aqualift/Vitaderm did not play by their rules
