only noticed in january would order quite a lot from america so didn't pick up on it except now they are taking two payments out per month. Had the same problem about two years ago eventually got it stopped after they took out over seven hundred pounds out of my account, nightmare at one point after going on some forums I sent the credit card company over 50 names the company was using they weren't happy and insisted I couldn't do this, they can push for it because you will have to be the one pushing the credit card company. When this happens you realise how little protection you have using your credit card the only piece of advice was that i should be on the look out as this could happen over a seven year period looks like they were right.
