Dinammico Coporation, Scranton, Pa and it's owner Adam Guiffrida is a sophisticated thief. He advertises Luxurious Apartments for rent, Charge for such, don't deliver what they say.

Adam has been buying distressed homes in the Hill section of Scranton. He pretends to restore houses that he owns but they are far from being luxurious. He advertises they are energy efficient but the space from the floor to the wall allover the unit is letting all the freezing cold winter air come in all over the house. He has all kinds of violations that endanger the safety of the tenants but gets away with it because he seems to pay off all the authorities including the Magistrate. Otherwise how come the health dept wont come to check my complains. He rebuild the front steps with indoor Italian tiles,a very slippery deal even when dry. No handrails. People fall on them all the time specially now in the winter when it rains and it gets wed.He falsely accused me of owning him late rent fees and took me to court . He reacted and did this after I found the carpet in three of the bedrooms to be saturated with dog urine from the last tenant's dogs. The place is infected with all kinds of fleas and bugs that come from the basement that is a dungeon and they come true the cracks of the walls. I have spent lots of money using stuff to keep my cats and dog from being infected. There is so much more!
My dog is well trained and so are my cats . They have not produced any damage to the unit.

I requested to have the carpet removed and he didn't respond by the low I have the right to replace it and deduct it from the rent.The Magistrait that he bought off ruled against me.I have been told that she sells herself out to Landlords.
The third floor bedroom had an uncap pipe from the sewish venting system. There is a hole around it from the corroded wooden floor and Mold. The bedroom still stinks like sewish. He had told me it washed carpet that needed cleaning. He never came to clean it.

He likes to falsely accuse tenants this way he doesn't have to give the security deposit back. He talks bad about the previous tenant to cover up or what he doesn't want to fix and so on.

He also did Switch and bait with me by showing me the next door unit and telling me that both are the same mine is smaller.

He shows that he lives in Scranton but he actually lives in Jersey City according to his Face Book.
