Took money out of our account for product we do not even know about and did not order. The DVD we did order was paid for in full and the same company added on another charge saying we did not say no we didn't want it. So if you do not say no they auto charge you for it. I still do not know what IT was and they would not tell me. Now I see this is happening to many other people . Hope this fraud can be exposed and put them out of business. bb
