- There has to be a way to contact this company other than by mail. If we mail a cancellation, they will have time to add more charges. I got billed twice in the month of January. There has to be something wrong if a company can falsely charge you, and then have the audacity to charge you twice in one month. And no, I didn't receive double of this product. Can anyone help us with a phone number?
