This penny auction shows you many prizes you can win and even promises you a win with there guarantee package. Then when you win prizes they email you telling you that the item will not be shipped and is canceled due to problems with the shipment company.They give you back your bids and then they have technical issues making you loose your bids. Someone needs to report this site to the better business office.
