I signed up for Archives.com a 7 day free trial. Due to technical errors they charged my account in error (I cancelled within the 1st day). Even though I cancelled, technical errors caused Archives.com to charge my account in error. I called MandT Bank and I was told that I needed a letter from Archives.com faxed to them explaining their error. Archives.com came through in flying colors. They faxed a letter (twice to MandT bank) indicating that the charge was a Technical Error on their part. M and T still has not credited my account for the overdraft fee. Seems to me that the Bank is doing everything possible to hold on to my money as long as they can or have no intentions of returning the funds even though they've received the explanation that they required.
Thank you to Archives.com whom came through with flying colors!
