COMPANY SOLD ITEMS DURING GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SALE ON 12/5/11. NEVER REC'D ITEMS BY 1/20/2012 THOUGH FOR AWHILE OWNER KEPT SENDING E-MAILS THAT THEY WERE BEHIND WITH ALL THE ORDERS AND EVERYTHING WOULD BE SENT BY END OF DEC. 2011. ITEMS NEVER CAME. OWNER WOULD NOT RESPOND TO 4-5 E-MAILS FROM ME AND NOW THE PHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. THIS USE TO BE A RELIABLE BUSINESS BUT THE OWNER STATED THEY HAD PROBLEMS DURING HIS WIFE'S ILLNESS AND DEATH SO HE WAS SELLING OFF INVENTORY. HE CONNED US FOR WEEKS WITH E-MAIL UPDATES FOR AWHILE BUT NOW WILL NOT RESPOND AT ALL.

  • Snowdrift ran into severe problems during Trina's illness and death. This is entirely understandable and deserving of consideration.

The situation was complicated when Wells Fargo Bank cut off their credit line and seized their income stream from their unfulfilled orders while also assessing large fees from each sale's total.

With their cash flow now negative (thanks to Wells Fargo), problems completing remaining orders occurred. The last I heard, Snowdrift was requesting that customers with remaining unfulfilled orders contact the business accounts department at Wells Fargo to ask them to release frozen funds.

The final unfulfilled orders are due to Wells Fargo's actions and not Snowdrift's intent at all.

  • His wife's illness was no excuse to sell product he did not have in stock, and it does not give him a right to rip of customers. Apparently he was trying to get the supplies he needed, to make product he did not have, such as the butters he was selling. That my friend is not a problem with the bank. Also from what I was told and talked to the bank, it was B of A not Wells Fargo. Fortunetly my bank was able to retreive my over $200 he got from me. Took me 4 months to get it back
