IN January I signed up for Online Banking cause my bank account ha bn messed up for a few months noow i have bn having overdraft charges and didnt no y.So by signing up for this i could see day to day what was going on. there it was 24.95 fo Jan 17 i looked bk at my bank statements and there it was for Nov and Dec 2011 also so thats 24.95x3 that they have scamed me i called the ph # on my bank statement they sd i ordered something and agreed to there membership i told her oh no i did not she sd u had to don't we wouldn't have ur account info the only thing i had ordered was this thing that stamps prints on ur fingernails dont even remember what it was called cause i sent that bk for a refund cuz it didn't work so thats where they got my account info from that was the first and last time i ever ordered anything off of the tv but she sd they would canceal my membership and send me a form to fill out to try to get a refund i got the form all it was was sayn they had cancealled my membership and to sign and print my name and that i would not be getting a refund but that if i wanted further matters to be taken they would send me another form to fill out to try to get a refund when the letter had stated i would not be getting a refund?? So i've sent the letter back still waiting on the other form but i did not give this place authority to take money from me when it ended up costing me a extra 70.00 in overdrafts fees at my bank NSF! I just want my money back and i will never order anything from the tv aagain cuz i have read a lot of compliants and it seems thats where alot of this stuff happened was from tv orders!!
