I signed up for the trial period with Income Elete and paid $19.97
on July 17, 2011. After reviewing the program and saw that this
program was not what I was looking and that once you got into the program there was always something else that you needed to purchase to make the program work. After seeing that and not having the money to keep purchasing programs, i notifed them on the 7/18/2011 to cancel and refund my money. I did not hear from them except to say someone would contact me until today I received an email saying they would cancel my account but I would not get a refund as I didn't give the program a good try. I know by law once you purchase something you have a certain time frame to cancel and I did so by law. I know $19.97 is not much money but to me it is as I am on disability and every penny count. What do I need to do to get my $19.97 back?
