found the withdraw on my husbands bank statement after he bounced a check. called them on 12-15-11 and was told he was charged this fee because he filed out a form on line and was approved for a loan, but he never agreed to pay $30 for an approval and the guy kept on saying since your're approved go ahead and try it. i kept telling him no, i want a refund. finally he agreed to refund the fee "just to keep good customer relations" and said i would get a refund in 3-5 business days and was even given a transaction number! called again on 1-3-12, again was told would get a refund in 3-5 business days and the woman i spoke to was so sorry it had not gone through. called again on 1-13-12, spoke to mary anderson. the only thing she would say to me was to give me the refund office phone number 855-779-1935. i called that and spoke with jeremy who told me that it was put in wrong for the refund and and he guaranteed i would have the refund in 6 business days. i called back on 1-27-12 and all the numbers have been disconnected.
